Comprehensive Men's Health and Urology Services

Men’s health is rarely a single, isolated issue. Fertility, sexual function, hormones, and urologic conditions are closely connected — and treating them well requires a practice built specifically around the male body rather than one that addresses these concerns occasionally. Each service below reflects a focused, subspecialty approach to the issues that shape men’s confidence, relationships, and long-term wellbeing.

Dr. Justin Houman is a board-certified urologist and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons who completed his fellowship in Male Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at UCLA, after his urology residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and his medical degree from the University of Rochester. As an Assistant Professor of Urology at Cedars-Sinai, he trains the next generation of reproductive urologists while maintaining a practice recognized with Centers of Excellence designations for inflatable penile implant surgery, the microsurgical treatment of chronic testicular pain, and Xiaflex therapy for Peyronie’s disease. His research has been published in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Sexual Medicine, and his perspective on men’s health is regularly sought by national media, including the New York Post. A second-generation urologist fluent in English, Spanish, and Farsi, he limits his Los Angeles practice to the areas below — so that fertility, sexual health, vasectomy, testicular pain, and urologic care are the practice itself, never add-on services.

Meet Dr. Houman

Expert in Men’s Health with Tower Urology and Cedars Sinai

Dr. Justin Houman, MD, FACS is a board-certified urologist and fellowship-trained microsurgeon at Tower Urology, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. His subspecialty training in male reproductive medicine and microsurgery is held by fewer than 2% of practicing urologists in the United States.

His clinical focus is narrow by design. Varicoceles, chronic testicular pain, male infertility, vasectomy, testosterone optimization, erectile dysfunction, penile implant surgery, and Peyronie’s disease are not add-on services here. They are the practice. Patients travel from across the country and internationally for procedures, particularly microsurgical varicocelectomy, spermatic cord denervation, and inflatable penile implant surgery, that require a level of subspecialty training and surgical volume most urology practices do not have.
